White Chia Seed Powder
Psyllium Husk
Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide
1 sachet = 3g
Mix 1 sachet with 100-125ml or 2 sachets with 200-250ml water or a glass of your favourite beverage and consumer immediately.
Take 1 sachet to keep you regular
Take 2 sachets for mild constipation
May be taken up to 4 times a day is needed.
Store below 30°C, away from sunlight, in a cool, dry place.
Consume sachet immediately once opened.
