Each Capsule Contains:
- Bovine lactoferrin 50mg
- Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5mg
- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 30mg
- Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 500IU) 12.5 micrograms
Take one capsule twice per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you experience stomach discomfort, it is advisable to take this product with food.

What is lactoferrin derived from?
The lactoferrin we source is derived from cow milk.
Is Immune Boost lactose-free?
No. Our lactoferrin is derived from cow milk and contains 0.1g/100g lactose.
How often should I be taking Immune Boost?
We recommend taking one capsule, twice a day on an empty stomach.
Why do I need to take Immune Boost on an empty stomach?
To facilitate movement of the capsule through the gut, we recommend taking Immune Boost on an empty stomach. However, this product also contains zinc, which can cause nausea in some people if taken on an empty stomach. So, if you experience nausea, we recommend that you take the supplement in combination with a little food.
Are the capsules easy to swallow?
Yes. Perdays Immune Boost + Lactoferrin features our patented Nutriseal™ encapsulation technology, so when the capsule comes in contact with moisture (in your mouth) it glides, for easy swallowing.
Can I take Immune Boost with Pregnancy Iron & Vitamin C?
Both these supplements contain valuable nutrients which support good health. However, zinc and iron compete for absorption, so you will gain the most benefit if you take them at least 2 hours apart.
Do you recommend taking Immune Boost with any other Perdays products? If so, which ones?
We suggest identifying any specific nutritional requirements that need addressing, for example, calcium or iron. Consult a healthcare practitioner who will be able to identify (or recommend tests to assess) your needs.
Do I need to refrigerate Immune Boost after opening?
Our patented double-layered bottle provides better protection against heat and moisture, which means greater shelf stability compared with other packaged supplements. The Nutriseal-Caps™ encapsulation also reduces the chance of bacterial oxidation. It is best to keep your Immune Boost + Lactoferrin stored below 30°C (in a cool, dry place) and close the cap firmly after use.
I am vegan/vegetarian. Is Immune Boost + Lactoferrin suitable for me?
Yes, our ingredients and capsules are vegetarian friendly. However due to the source of lactoferrin being from milk, this product is not classified as vegan. Always consult a healthcare practitioner before starting or changing any supplements or medication.
